I stayed at Elmi Beach Hotel & Suites for a week and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and always had a smile on their face. The hotel has a great sea view from the beach bar, and the cocktails were delicious. The buffet had a nice variety of food and everything was kept clean. The newly refurbished room was spacious and clean, and I had a very comfortable stay.

Our room was lacking maintenance and the shower was a bit of a struggle. The drinks selection was limited, and we had to pay extra for certain beverages. The hotel's facilities were not suitable for individuals with mobility problems due to many stairs and steps.

Panoramic Views: The highlight of our stay was definitely the panoramic views from the rooftop bar. It felt like being on top of the world, sipping on refreshing cocktails while taking in the breathtaking beauty of the Cretan archipelago. The view was so mesmerizing, it made our hearts skip a beat!

The hotel rooms were quite old and worn out, with furniture falling apart and feeling unclean. The lobby area was not very pleasant, with teenagers drinking and being rowdy.

Staff service was exceptional! I was treated like royalty throughout my stay. The all-inclusive drinks menu was extensive and served in frosted pint glasses. The cleaning of the rooms was great and there was even an option for a free massage. The location was perfect, as the hotel was right in front of a sandy beach and near the main street with access to downtown.

Located just a stone's throw from the beach, this hotel was perfectly situated for exploring everything we wanted to see during our holiday. We were also pleased to find plenty of shops and bars nearby, ensuring that we never lacked for something to do. the hotel was situated right in the center of everything with stunning views of both the beach and the city from our room.

The room itself was not quite up to par. While the staff did their best to keep everything clean and tidy, we were disappointed to find that the bathroom was quite basic and dated, and some of the facilities could use a refresh.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to the main street on which you can reach the downtown with a 15 minutes walk. There are lots of nice bars and restaurants along the seafront in just a short walk, like Niki's Bar restaurant and Palm Beach Club.
